UNDP Vietnam seeks an international consultant (Team Leader) and a National Consultant (team member) for the development of a communications strategy.

The overall objective of the assignment is to develop a comprehensive and effective communication strategy with implementation plan for AO/dioxin related issues, with clear objectives and target audiences, activities; media outreach plan, budget, responsibilities of key stakeholders, and a M&E plan.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
